Berlin Mitte is an open-air museum of attractions. From the amusement halls of the Weimar period to its post-Wall techno temples, history was made here and a wide variety of people still meet to enjoy its lively nightlife. Our walk takes you along the district border and former Berlin Wall from Potsdamer Platz via Checkpoint Charlie to the gates of E-Werk, the Kinemathek’s new location. You will follow in the footsteps of Emil and the Detectives and James Bond, discovering perfect locations for gangster and spy series.
