Collecting, preserving, researching, exhibiting, and communicating – the Deutsche Kinemathek engages with the medium of film on all levels. We offer a diverse program on the history and present of audiovisual media – from moderated workshop discussions to animation workshops and city tours.

For students, researchers, and other specialized groups, we offer tailor-made programs. Our offerings cater to various age groups. Duration, thematic focus, and formats can be individually adapted to the needs and interests of the participants. If you’re interested, please feel free to contact the Education and Outreach department.

Please note that during the relocation to our new premises, we are offering a limited program.
